This vinyasa style class fill move you through creative and progressive sequencing of every category of asana. This will be an all-levels flow, with options and modifications for beginners AND advanced. Come prepared to work and play hard. Bring a towel!

Flight of the Yogi
This session will build your leaping power through standing poses, hip openers, forward bends and core work to take flight in hand balancing. We will demystify these challenging and graceful postures to make them accessible for all levels, beginner to advanced, through clear instruction and a passionate call to soar to your greatest potential.

Ground and Open
This class will open your hips, legs and back in progressive sequencing of forward bends, hip openers and twists. Energetically, you will ground yourself deeply and seat yourself in your heart.

The Yogi’s Offering
This all levels backbend focused session will build progressively and systematically to open and strengthen you for these powerful poses. We will rather the strength of the legs, lengthen the spine and open the upper back and shoulders. The yogi’s offering is the power of the heart to walk your path courageously in the face of challenge, in the face of fear, and in the vulnerability of love.
About Noah :
Noah took his first hatha yoga class when he was 14 years old. Initially, he studied and practiced with Richard Freeman, in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. Noah completed his first Anusara® teacher training in 1999 and became a licensed Certified Anusara Yoga teacher in 2002. Philosophically, Noah studies extensively with Tantric scholar Douglas R. Brooks, in the Srividya lineage of Rajanaka Yoga. Always a student, Noah continues his yoga education with teachers of all yoga styles and traditions. He is a partner (with Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell) in the School of Yoga, which offers educational programs that connect people to the healing power of the Heart’s Light through traditional spiritual teachings, disciplined yogic practices and the transformational power of community. He was one of the original teachers on YogaGlo.com, where he serves as a faculty member. Home in Los Angeles, Noah lives with his wife, Tracy, his two children, Madeleine and Oliver and four rescued four leggeds.
